DESCRIPTION:
A wonderful sofa designed by Hans Wegner for Getama Gedsted. This particular example is the hard to find four seat version. As with all of Wegner's designs, it looks beautiful from all angles. The rear is of special note. The angled posts give this sofa its modern flare and are constructed from solid teak, as are the legs and supports. All of the teak surfaces are in excellent condition showing only very minor signs of use. The original Gabriel wool fabric is present and in good condition. The original spring cushions are upholstered with a striped fabric on one side and are solid on the other. A truly stunning design in original condition that would fit any modern environment.
