While Kaj Franck was the creative director at Arabia, he created some of his most famous designs, some of which are still produced today. This simple pitcher was a form that was the basis for many more graphical designs by Raija Uosikkinen such as "Heluna" and "Kaadin". Franck "removed everything excessive in his designs, leaving only the essentials" and this creation is surely a testament to that philosophy.
