DESCRIPTION:
A very rarely seen pair of teak easy chairs and ottoman by
Hans Wegner for AP Stolen. We love this design for many reasons. This is one of the only modular style seating systems Wegner designed. He did draw a couple for Getama in the GE-375 and GE-412 series. You can use these chairs apart or place them together to form a two-seater. They come with an ottoman (AP-59) which has a cushion as well. You can take the cushion off the ottoman and use it as a side table. Together the pieces can form different configurations. The chairs are super comfortable due to the down filled cushions. We love the upholstered backs on the chairs. As well, the original steel blue wool fabric is gorgeous and in very good condition. The frames are constructed from solid teak and the undercarriage of the chairs is solid wood. As with
all of Wegner's designs, this piece looks amazing from all angles and
would suit any modern living or office environments.
