DESCRIPTION:
A simply brilliant dining table design by Erik Wørts for Henrik Wørts. This unique and well built table can sit anywhere from 2 to 10 people. At its compacted state, it would be great in a smaller living space for 2 people. As you require more room for sitting, you can simply lift the tabletop from either end, slide out the secondary legs to arrange the table as needed. Each leg moves independently so you can have six people using the table with only one set of legs out. The table is very well built as would be expected from a piece constructed in the Wørts workshop. The legs and tabletop banding are all solid teak. The stretchers and frame all solid oak which is a nice touch. The mechanics of the table are assited by unique custom brass hardware such as hinges and locks. We think this would also make a great work table. This table would be a great addition to virtually any modern setting.
