A rarely seen solid staved teak tray table by Jens Quistgaard for Nissen Denmark. Like most of Quistgaard's designs in teak, this piece is made of solid staves of teak laminated together to form a butcher block style construction. The tabletop is reversible and is concave on one side revealing the layers of teak, and flat on the other. The flared solid teak legs give the piece a unique grounded effect and a charming esthetic. This piece would make a great piece for any Quistgaard collector or to any modern living environment.
