DESCRIPTION:
A solid teak coffee table by Tove & Edvard Kindt-Larsen for Säffle. Like many Danish designers, the Kindt-Larsen's designed for multiple companies and also for Swedish companies. Säffle produced some of Sweden's finest pieces and also for Ib Kofod-Larsen. This table is constructed entirely from solid teak except for the signature exposed joinery that is visable from the each end. The rasied lips running along the edges of the tabletop give a modern flare to this straight forward linear design. The teak is very active and has a gorgeous patina. Few pieces are constructed of solid teak so this will stand up to years of wear. It would make a great addition to any modern living environment.
