A set of six Danish mid-century modern dining chairs manufactured by Skovby Møbelfabrik. They are constructed of solid burmese teak which has a spectacular grain pattern. This design is quintessentially Scandinavian from the minimalistic form to the deeply curved backrest. Upholstered in the original orange Danish wool, which is in excellent condition, these chairs evoke a bold modern esthetic. The bold grain of the Burmese teak provides a nice contrast to the simple form.
